ARTTECH Technical and Media Solutions is the first Libyan privately held company to have a license to provide call center services.
Believing that this aspect and its services are important for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, ARTTECH has developed plans and scenarios for the work of the call centers, as well as its cooperation with media companies specializing in providing technical equipment such as Cisco, Miltle, Avaya and other leading companies in this field and as well as providing all the necessary subscriptions and licenses, booking special and short numbers and providing a trained team to receive customer calls and establish specialized training programs in this field.
- Preparation of business plans and scenarios for call centers and customer services.
- Equipping telecentre headquarters and customer services.
- Provision of complete equipment and liaison allowances for the center.
- Provide and subscribe to short and special numbers (cost + free).
- Provision and training of the Centre’s task forces.
